Having a spotlessly clean room with cheerful staff next door was fantastic at this hotel, along with a really nice shower in the room. The service was top-notch and really helpful; the lovely staff made it a great stay. The location was perfect, making it super easy to get around Newcastle with great transport links. The dining experience was pretty good, with all the basics covered. The price was a bargain for the quality received.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Newcastle, within walking distance of the city center, eating places, and the Train Station/Metro. The rooms are modern and equipped with everything you'd need, though some noise from the heating system can be bothersome. The service was somewhat aloof at times, but they are taking steps to reduce plastic usage.
The hotel was very welcoming with friendly staff and a convenient location. The rooms, despite being a bit small for four people, had essential amenities like an iron, iron stand, and kettle, although they weren't immediately ready upon our arrival.
The hotel room to a gig at the university was nice and spacious, very easy to find. The staff was very polite and helpful; especially the man who brought my breakfast to my room - that definitely set me up for the day. The selection of breakfast on offer was great, and the food and drink were of very good quality. The hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable, modern, and in good condition.
